Produced Future of Comedy symposium for Beverly Hills Forum at Writer’s Guild Theater moderated by Sidney Sheldon with Steve Allen, Carl Reiner, Sid Caesar and Shecky Greene.

Produced a Writers at Guild Hall series curated by Robert Long that presented Tom Wolfe; Kurt Vonnegut; Diane Ackerman, Robert Caro; Robert Stone; Dava Sobel, Elmore Leonard; Joan Acocella; Robert Bly; Kenneth Koch; Betty Friedan et al at Guild Hall of East Hampton between 1995-98.

Produced a For David Ignatow event at Guild Hall in which forty-seven poets celebrated Ignatow’s 80th birthday including Henry James Korn; Dana Gioia; Robert Long; Harvey Shapiro et al. For David Ignatow poetry anthology co-published with Canios, Sag Harbor, New York, 1994.

Produced Express Yourself project that enabled twelve poems to roll around Los Angeles aboard Santa Monica’s big blue bus fleet in 1988.  Participating poets included Eloise Klein Healy; Charles Bernstein; Ruben Martinez, Hugh Seidman et al.

Curated a 1987 Sky Poem event in which a haiku by David Antin was inscribed in the sky above Santa Monica Pier by six skywriting planes.  Sky Poem event cited in The Object of Performance by Henry M. Sayre, University of Chicago Press, 1989.

Co-founded Assembling Press, New York in 1970 with Richard Kostelanetz to serve the creative community as an outlet for otherwise unpublishable projects. Assembling’s first annual anthology included Vito Acconci; Scott Hyde; David Ignatow; Ed Rusha; Mike Metz; Dan Graham et al.  Assembling Press was honored with a 1978 retrospective exhibition at Pratt Graphics Center, New York curated by Richard Kostelanetz with catalog essays by Henry James Korn; Richard Kostelanetz; Karl Young; Bruce Andrews; Loris Essary et al.
